Accessibility Statement
Hey Motek is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the international standard referenced by Israel's IS 5568, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures we take
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements can be operated with the Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Space keys. Visible focus indicators appear around the focused element.
- Skip to content: A "Skip to content" link appears as the first focusable element on every page.
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark elements (
<nav>,<main>,<footer>), and native form controls. - Color contrast: Body text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio. Large text and interactive controls meet or exceed 3:1.
- Text alternatives: Images and icons include descriptive
altattributes or are marked as decorative where appropriate. - Form labels: Form fields include visible labels or
aria-labelattributes for assistive technologies. - Responsive design: The site reflows and remains usable at 320px width and up to 200% zoom without loss of content.
- Screen reader compatibility: ARIA roles and attributes are used where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
Known limitations
While we work hard to provide a fully accessible experience, some third-party embedded content (for example, externally hosted fonts or analytics scripts) is outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier related to such content, please contact us so we can help.
Conformance status
The content on this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are continuously working to reach full conformance.
